You reach out
Get in touch and send over any photos or details you'd like on the site. Anything I can't already pull from your current site or your Facebook and Google pages is optional, but it helps the site look its best.
I build it
I build the site and then show it to you in person or over text and email. You take a look and tell me what you think, and send me any edits or updated pictures you'd like on the site. If you don't end up wanting it, there's no pressure, and you've spent nothing. Most builds are ready within a week, as long as you get me what I need when I ask.
You pay once
The site goes live on your own web address for $1,000, with the first month of changes free to get every detail right.
You own it forever
No subscription, and hosting that costs you nothing. The site and your web address stay in your name. Changes later are a flat $50 a batch, however many are in it.

A family farm on the Island's south shore, growing quality potatoes and field crops the way the Wilting family has for three generations. The site leads with the red fields and lays out what they grow, the family behind it, and an easy way to get in touch.

Every website I build includes SEO, the search engine optimization work that helps your business show up on Google when someone looks for you or for what you do. I also build in AEO, or answer engine optimization: the newer version of the same idea for AI assistants like ChatGPT, so that when someone asks one to recommend a local business, yours is set up to be the answer. All of it comes with every site at no extra cost. Most builders charge extra for it, or skip it.

$500
Innovation PEI's Small Business Assistance Program covers 50% of your website cost. My builds are $1,000, so the province covers half and your cost comes down to $500. It's a reimbursement, so you pay the invoice first and claim it after, and the application has to go in before we start. Reach out and I'll walk you through it. This rebate is a PEI government program, so it's for Island businesses. If you're elsewhere in Canada, the build is the same $1,000, just without the provincial rebate.
