When it is time to replace the current site
The site has technical problems
A noindex setting can keep an entire site out of Google. Broken pages, duplicate domains and missing service pages can make the rest harder to understand.
The business has changed
Your services, staff, prices or location moved on, but the site still describes the old version.
It is difficult on a phone
Visitors have to zoom, hunt through menus or fight with buttons before they can call, book or ask a question.
You keep paying for the platform
The site may still cost $20 to $50 per month even when you rarely change it and never fully own it.
What carries over
Your domain can stay the same. Useful copy, photographs, reviews, booking links and contact details can all carry over too. I check the current site page by page before deciding what belongs in the rebuild.
I also map old addresses to their new pages, so useful links do not end at a missing page after launch. Email records stay untouched unless the domain setup requires a careful move.

What it costs
A five-page redesign with up to 25 photos starts at $1,000 CAD. The Standard Bundle is $1,500 for up to eight pages and 75 photos, with business listings and six articles included. The Premium Bundle is $2,500 when the site needs more pages, more photography or a page for every project.
There is no required monthly website fee. I build the site first, show it to you and only charge if you want it to go live.
